The society "Babek Chorak" is responsible for its own business in 2008. The company is located in Babek district, at a distance of 1600 meters.İn this company that is specialized in production of three kinds of flavored and tasty Azerbaijani national bread from high-quality wheat flour. 
The production of lavash lays on the basis of the enterprise.Lavash is cooked in "kura". 
The products exported to the factory are standardized in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and 
Products, manufactured by the company, correspond to the State Agency for Standardization, Metrology and Patents of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and 
Hygienic certificates have been provided by the Hygiene and Epidemiology Center of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. 
Equipment installed here has been imported from the Republic of Turkey. 
The company produces 18-20,000 batons and dietary bread, 1800 lavash per month.

Babek Chorak started production of bakery additive in 2011. 
The bread additive workshop is equipped with the necessary equipment and laboratory. 
The equipment is mainly produced by Turkey and Iran and produces up to 2 tons of products per day. 
The workshop consists of mixing equipment and packaging apparatus. 
A special laboratory is available to identify the ingredients of the flour and is equipped with the following devices.

  • 1.Laboratory mill
  • 2. Falling Number
  • 3. Gluten index system device
  • 4. Sedimentation tester
  • 5. Alveographic device
  • Thanks to the upgrading of the bakery additive workshop and the introduction of new technology, three types of additives are produced at the company. 
Depending upon the ingredient and quality of the flour, the following brand additive is produced.

  • 1.Euro Max
  • 2.Eka Lux
  • 3.Qat-qat
  • Eka Lux is used in weaker flour, in medium Euro Max, and Qat-Qat branded additives in strong flour.

    The Bread Additive is prepared according to the technological process and recipe provided in accordance with the applicable sanitary regulations. 
Raw materials used to prepare bread additives are fully consistent with regulatory documents and medical biological requirements. 
Packaged bread additives are packaged in cardboard boxes or not more than 15-20-25 kilograms, but not more than 10 kilograms. 
Packaged bread additives with weight of no more 10 kg are packaged in cardboard boxes,and in paper boxes with weight of no more than 15-20-25 kg. 
Each packing unit of the product packaged on the consumer packaging has the following marking on the packaging.

  • 3.Net Mass
  • 4.İngredients
  • 5.Date of production
  • 6.Store condition
